The 25-are Estate is at the end of a private drive running parallel to the beach, and the entrance is via a wooden footbridge over a narrow river, which is contained within a stone channel complete with a waterfall to one side of the house.

A pathway and gentle cobbled steps lead through the soft green lawns to a freeform swimming pool punctuated by a flourishing fan palm on a small island in the centre. A comfortable outdoor leisure and barbeque area is furnished with cushioned daybeds and a table, next to a poolside shower room. A hedge of hibiscus borders a gently swaying field of rice and a walk through the coconut grove will take you down to the beach.
